Truth.
That’s the secret ingredient to any good speech.
There’s one more ingredient. Your speech can’t
be any good if it’s not offending somebody.
What’s the goal of a good speech? Make
them feel something. Make them think.
Make them act. Not to make them like
you. If that’s your goal, you’ll fail.
As with any great art, a speech should be
a mirror of your soul. A mirror of
your intellect. Your passion. Absolutely no
one else in the world should be able to give
your speech.
Your speech should be a metaphor to everything
you believe in.
